StarsHR provides three levels of employee search solutions ranging from simple searches to complex, executive-level search assignments. All levels follow the basic tenets of our methodology – understand client’s needs thoroughly, find and qualify best candidates, and assist the client with negotiations, reference checking, resignation management and on-boarding.

For Contract-To-Hire solution, StarsHR offers hire options after 6 months at 10% of FYC, after 9 months at 5% of FYC and after 12 months for no fee.

Flexible Payment Options

StarsHR is confident of the quality of its candidates and the resulting customer satisfaction. Therefore, StarsHR offers industry-changing flexible payment options for Employee Search solutions allowing the clients to pay the recruiting fees over a 6 or 12 - month period. The clients benefit by being able to ease their cash outflow and lower hiring risks. The 6-month payment option is offered at 10% premium over recruiting fees, while the 12-month payment option is offered at 20% premium over recruiting fees.
