They will then work with our HR/Recruiting team to promptly provide you with a short list of qualified and best-suited candidates.
You get to interview and select the candidate(s) you want to work with. We are confident about the quality of our team, and therefore, StarsHR provides a 2-week unconditional money-back guarantee for any contractor that you bring on.
PERM Placement
We recognize that sometimes you and your HR department may need outside assistance to fill your internal technology positions with the best qualified candidates in a timely manner. Our recruiting team has decades of experience in sourcing and identifying the right candidates from our nationwide database and search capabilities.
We will shortlist the most qualified candidates for you to interview and select from.When you decide to make an offer to a candidate, we will help you negotiate the offer and“close” the candidate. StarsHR offers PERM Placement services on a contingency basis, so there is no risk and no upfront payment from you unless you hire one of our candidates.
Contract-to-Hire
For clients who use our Contract Staffing services on a regular basis for medium to long term, we can offer a Contract-to-Hire service for certain positions that are pre-identified between the client and StarsHR before starting the search. This can be a good option especially for senior level positions where a large portion of the talent pool is not interested in long term Contract Staffing. Bringing such candidates on a contract basis for a period of time gives both the client and the candidate ability to evaluate each other before committing to long-term employment.
